How Our Resume Service Works

Step 1

Send us your current resume and fill out our questionnaire form. Please be as detailed as possible when answering the questionnaire form. Gather all your achievements, diplomas, awards, certificates of completions, performance assessments, school transcripts and scholarships. If you have a particular job position or job description you are applying for send us that information as well. The more detailed your submitted information is, the better your resume package will be. If you do not have a current resume just fill out the questionnaire form. Our questionnaire form is to help us get an idea of what kind of job you are trying to get and the skills you have. You can send all documents to us by fax, email or postal mail.

Step 2

After we have all the above information, we will review your documents and contact you for any additional information or clarifications. After we have our final determination of what needs to be done we will contact you by phone and or email to discuss your resume goals.

Step 3

If and when you decide to purchase a resume package from DiAlo, you need to complete and sign our service order form and submit the 50% down payment. After the payment clears you will receive a PDF draft of your documents through email to review and approve or make changes. Your resume will be written to highlight your skills and downplay any objectives.

Step 4

When you're ready to approve the final draft and proof form we will deliver your final copy upon receipt of your final payment.

Quality Checks and Turnaround Time

Upon completion of the resume, the document will be checked by our quality assurance team for spelling, punctuation and grammar. We will have your first draft within 72 hours (3 days). Review your document and fill out the proof form with additions or revisions or an approval. The second draft is sent within 24 hours. This process will be repeated as many times as needed until you are satisfied with your resume. The final copy would be sent or posted 24 hours from receiving the final proof.

DiAlo is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client or errors which were not detected upon review of proof. No free corrections are given beyond 30 days after service completion.

Resume Writing FAQ's

Once I Purchase a Resume, How Will I Receive the Finished Product?

Our normal procedure is to have all of our finished documents emailed to our clients as a file attachment. The file attachment would be in the form of a Microsoft Word document. This file should be readable by any Microsoft Word program. You can choose United States Postal Service mail for a delivery option. USB or CD storage is extra. If you do not use Microsoft Word or cannot view these type of files, arrangements will be made to send the file in a different format.

What Do I Do If I Have Changes?

If there's something you want to change, or something that you forgot to include, or something you don't like, email us and let us know and we will address it.

Can I Make Changes Myself?

Yes. All print resume files come in Microsoft Word format so that you can easily view and print out as many copies of your resume package as you need. You'll be able to make changes throughout the years.

Can I Make Changes After My Final Draft Is Printed?

As long as your document hasn't reached the final print stage. If your document has reached the final print stage changes could be done but with an extra print fee.

Can You Update My Current Resume?

Yes. If you have a saved copy of your resume that you could either email or mail to us we could update your current files at a cheaper rate.

What Design Programs Do You Use?

Microsoft Word format (The most widely used), Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format (read only) and ASCII format (used in website submissions).
