How many people will perform the cleaning ?

Regular cleaning consist of two team members and heavy cleans can include up to three cleaners.

How will your cleaners enter into the place?

We can pick up the key ahead of time or meet you at the destination.

How do I pay?

Pay by check, cash the day of service. If paying with a major credit card payment is required one day prior to the day of service.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 processing fee.
  • If full payment is not received at the time of service, billing clients are assessed an additional $15.00.
  • Late fees accrue at $19 per month for balances under $250, $39 per month for those above $250.

Can you provide references?

Absolutley. We provide them upon request.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No.

Will you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. If you'd like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know

Do I have to be home when you clean?

Not at all. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away.
All keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not clean:

Animal poop, blood, vomit, or any other bodily fluids of this sort.

Will you send the same maids each time?

By all means we will try to send the same person. Just let us know your preference.

What days do you work?

We work Monday through Friday.

If something was missed, and you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out at our expense to correct the problem.
