Kimberly and Marlon began their educational journey when they met at Columbus State Community College back in 1993. Marlon utilized his skills that he acquired from Columbus State and started his own business in the restaurant industry. He opened and managed a small family operated business on the eastside of Columbus, The Livingston Court Fishmarket. He later sold the restaurant and started The Cleaning Experts in 2007. Marlon has a strong business mind and continues to promote those interested in starting their own business.

Kimberly has over 15 years of human resources and management experience, which is displayed in the way she operates her business. She strives for excellence and goes above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. Kimberly is passionate about the work she does and gives all praises to God for the skills she’s acquired along the way. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Kimberly decided to use her management skills to join Marlon's team. Kimberly manages the day to day operations of the business while she continues to pursue her Master's Degree in Education through The University of Dayton.

Kimberly's purpose in life is to become an advocate for all people. This business is one aspect of her journey that allows her to lend a helping hand to those who may not have the time or may not be physically able to clean for themselves.

Natives of Columbus, Ohio, Kimberly and Marlon are the proud parents of three children, Rakeem, Ricardo, and Alexis.
